All components of repaired equipment are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for six months or for the period indicated on the packing slips. Equipment returned to our company prepaid within the warranty period which is found by our company's inspection to be defective in material or workmanship, as warranted above, will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our company's option and returned free of charge via UPS Ground. Rush charges are non-refundable.
To maintain competitive prices some items have a warranty period of less than six months. This is necessary as more manufacturers move to low-cost throwaway units whose components cannot be guaranteed for extended periods of time. Applicable warranty periods, along with their expiration dates, are printed for each item on the packing slips.
NOTE: THESE WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED AS SET FORTH ABOVE, AND REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR YOUR MONEY BACK IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. ALL CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, LOSS OF PROFIT OR INJURY TO PERSON HEREIN ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED PURSUANT TO THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE AS ADOPTED BY THE STATE OF INDIANA.
THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
