Network Administrator

Technical responsibility extends to company offices, a few customer locations, and may require travel on occasion. Candidate must be a team player with the ability to manage projects, demonstrate excellent communication skills and possess the ability to manage a multitude of assignments independently. Candidate must be a flexible self-starter who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent troubleshooting, communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service are strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of available tools to assist in daily tasks
  • Ability to troubleshoot server-based software issues
  • Analyze, plan, test, and implement network or server installation and software
  • Maintain server and workstations with security updates
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 / 2012 R2
  •  Microsoft Windows Active Directory
  • On-Premise Microsoft Exchange 2013
  • Microsoft SQL 2012 Server
  • VMware
  • Asterisk PBX Management
  •  Strong understand of Linux
  • Anti-Virus Solutions
  •  Enterprise-class backup solutions
  •  In-depth knowledge of HP and Dell workstations/server hardware, and software troubleshooting abilities
  • Extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving workstation-based software issues
  • Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10
  • Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010 / 2013 / 2016
  •  Domain and workgroup environments
  •  Knowledge and understanding of AD, DNS, Internet, and mail flow
