The MDR 3000 Basic is designed for measuring the viscoelastic properties of polymers and elastomeric compounds before, during and after cure. The acquired data is giving exact information about the processability, the cure characteristics, the cure speed, as well as the behaviour of the compound at the after-cure.

The data acquisition and the controlling of the testing instrument is made by the PC by means of the MonControl analysis software. For the storage and analysis of the determined measurement data, a modern SQL database structure is provided.

The two test chamber halves form a closed, biconical system. That means the test chamber is formed by two conical test dies. This ensures a constant shear rate which is independent of the die radius in the sample.

The MDR 3000 Professional is designed for measuring the viscoelastic properties of polymers and elastomeric compounds before, during and after cure. The acquired data is giving exact information about the processability, the cure characteristics, the cure speed, as well as the behaviour of the compound at the after-cure.

The MDR 3000 Professional fulfi ls the complete range of all test requirements: Polymer or raw materials as well as basic, finished and cured compounds can be characterized. Besides the cure properties the cure characteristic and the processability can be determined and evaluated too.

Due to the rugged and flexible construction of the MDR 3000 Professional this device can be used for extended quality controls purposes not only in the laboratory, but also directly in the production area.

The high fl exibility of the MDR 3000 Professional allows the user to program and execute arbitrary test sequences with the MonControl Analyses Software. Isothermal tests, non-isothermal tests, amplitude sweeps, frequency sweeps, temperature sweeps, shear rate sweeps, relaxations, retardations, hysteresis and tensile tests can be defined, as well as a combination of each sequences.

Mooney Viscosimeter according to ISO 289:2005 / ASTM D 1646 DIN 53525, Part 1 - 4

This rotational shear viscosimeter according to Mooney is used for the determination of the viscosity of polymers and for determination of the vulcanisation behaviour of rubber at a fixed rotor speed and a predefined temperature.

The testing instrument consists of the machine case, a PC with screen, keyboard and mouse as well as a printer.

The data acquisition and the controlling of the testing instrument is made by the PC by means of the MonControl analysis software. For the storage and analysis of the determined measurement data a modern SQL database structure is provided.

For the exact production of test samples for the MV 3000 Basic the M-VS 3000 sample cutter for Mooney is optional available. The usage of a volume cutter is recommended - this ensures reliable and reproducible test results.

Montech V-MV 3000 Viscometer

Variable Mooney Viscosimeter according to ISO 289:2005 / ASTM D 1646 DIN 53525, Part 1 - 4

This rotational shear viscosimeter according to Mooney is used for the determination of the viscosity of polymers and for determination of the vulcanisation behaviour of rubber at different speeds and temperatures.

The instrument set consists of the machine body, a personal computer with screen, keyboard and mouse. The instrument is directly controlled by the PC. The measuring system and instrument controlling is performed by the 32 Bits MonControl software, a universal testing software system.

For calibration the instrument has two calibration weights included in the machine. The complete calibration can be performed directly by MonControl software.

TOM 3000

Automated testing complex of ozone-resistance detection of rubbers

TOM 3000 could be used for estimation of influence of various outer factors on ozone‑resistance of vulcanizates.

Full automation of carrying out the testing and report forming. The Operator just manually putts sample in fastening unit and pushes button “start”.

Time of sample testing based on all purpose rubbers not exceeds 15-20 minutes.

Dispersion

DisperTester 3000

Allows quick and easy testing of dispersion compared to other optical techniques which often take hours to perform (less than 2 minutes with sample preparation).

P-VS 3000 Sample cutter

VP 3000 Lab press

The Lab press VP 3000 ist used for the easily and fast pre-curing of test samples.

The press allows the operator to regulate the temperature, curing time and the pressure. The current values for temperature and pressure are continuously displayed and can thus be easily controlled.

For safe operation the volume cutter is equipped with a two-hand safety operation system.

For an even simpler and more intuitive operation, the Labor Press VP 3000 also available with a graphic display.

Molds on customer request are also available.

CP 3000 Lab Bale Cutter

The small bale cutter CP 3000 was developed for sample preparation in laboratory environment and is used particularly for the production of sections of small rubber or polymer bales.

The bale is placed on this roll conveyor and the desired section size is pushed in the ball cutters. After that you only have to push two safety buttons to activate the cutting process.

For safe operation the lab ball splitter is equipped with a two-hand safety control features. In addition, the cutting room is covered in transparent safety glass.

The CP 3000 to work full pneumatic and does not require an electrical connection.

The entire structure of the unit complies with all applicable standards and guidelines.
