Monsanto R-100 Rheometer Upgrade

Bagan's R-100 rheometer upgrade package applies modern technology to the Monsanto R-100, which was discontinued years ago but it continues to perform as the standard curemeter for rubber manufacturers around the world.

For the fraction of the cost of buying a new ODR rheometer, your trusted R-100 can continue to be the workhorse of your rubber testing lab for many more years.

Bagan's R-100 upgrade package is a complete rebuild with every part disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and refurbished or replaced. The case and mechanical / pneumatic parts are restored to like-new condition or replaced when needed, the electrical system is rewired with new cabling and modern digital components, and the obsolete unsupported operating system is replaced by a new computer running RheoTrack™ on Windows 7.

The Monsanto R-100 Upgrade Includes:

• New compact-case computer and wide-screen monitor
• Windows 7 to replace the unsupported legacy operating system
• Rheotrack™ software for machine operation, data collection, and reporting
• USB conversion – R-100 converted to a USB device allowing a single digital connector to replace the separate serial ports used for temperature and torque data collection
• Rebuilt main compression cylinder
• Rebuilt clamping cylinder
• Proximity switch upgrade to optical
• New PID temperature controllers with computer communication
